Garlic Shrimp

Serve this quick entrée over rice or pasta.
List of Ingredients
3/4 pound Shrimp, large, peeled and de-veined
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
To taste Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Parsley, chopped
Recipe
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the shrimp and cook until just starting to turn pink. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the butter and stir until melted. Add the parsley and seasoning. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
