I found this on the internet and have made it lots of times. It's easy and very good. You can either serve as an appetizer or main dish.
List of Ingredients
8 slices bacon
16 jumbo raw prawns
Recipe
In a wide frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat until some of the fat cooks out and bacon begins to brown (about 3-4 mins). DO NOT crisp the bacon! Cut each slice in half.
Shell & devein the prawns. Wrap a bacon strip around each prawn.
Thread shrimp on a 10" long metal skewers.
Place a rack in broiler pan and broil about 4" below heat, turning once until bacon is golden brown and shrimp is opaque (6-10 mins.)
My notes: I just use large shrimp...this is good and easy!!
