List of Ingredients
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (or more if you wish)
1 teaspoon Lemon and Herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Wash shrimp and drain thoroughly on paper towels. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and cook over medium heat until light golden brown. Remove garlic and discard. Add shrimp, Lemon seasoning and pepper. Stir constantly until shrimp are all evenly bright pink and firm, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add butter or margarine, lemon juice, lemon peel, and parsley. Heat through.
Serve over hot, cooked rice. Toasted French bread or hard rolls are good to soak up the juices.
