    Christmas Sweet Potatoes

    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 t. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs

    Topping:
    1 sm. can (8 oz) pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Mix sweet potato ingredients well. Put in Pyrex dish. Spread with topping. Cook 30-40 mins. at 350ºF, covered.
