    Recipe Introduction

    This was brought to a luncheon and EVERYONE wanted the recipe.

    List of Ingredients

    1 ( 5 oz. ) pkg. yellow rice
    1 ( 11 oz. ) can Mexicorn, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    Shredded cheese for top

    Recipe

    Cook rice according to directions.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cook at 350ºF until cheese melts.
