List of Ingredients




1 ( 15 - 16 oz) can cream corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick margarine, melted
8 slices whole wheat bread, cubed*
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, optional
salt and pepper to taste




Recipe



Preheat oven to 325º. Mix until blended. Pour into a greased 8" x 8" (or 9" square) baking dish. Bake for 45 mins. Serves 6. My notes: I use a combination of white and wheat breads.
