    2 pounds small new potatoes
    1/3 cup butter
    1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
    Salt
    Pepper

    Recipe



    Wash potatoes and place in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until potatoes are tender. Drain and toss with butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
