    8 oz. egg noodles
    1 c. ricotta cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp chives
    1 egg, slighly beaten
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
    dash of sherry (optional) I don't use

    Recipe



    Combine cooked noodles w/ ricotta, sour cream, egg, chives, seasonings, melted butter and sherry.

    Put in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 300�F for 1 1/2 hours.

    Serves 6
