    Jacki's Baked Pecan Halves

    Recipe Introduction

    These are SOOOOO GOOD!!!

    List of Ingredients

    2 egg whites, beaten stiff (use x-lg eggs)
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 3/4 t. cinnamon
    1 3/4 t. ground cloves

    Recipe

    Mix all together. Coat pieces well.

    Put on a buttered pan in 250ºF oven for 1 hour or until brown.

    Mix every 15 - 20 mins.
