    1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    11 oz. pkg. butterscotch baking chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in dry cake mix. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan/dish. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.

    Bake at 350ºF for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

    12 to 16 servings
