    SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE

    1 (10 ½ OZ.) CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
    1 1/3 C. WATER
    1/4 TSP. SALT
    1/4 C. FINELY CHOPPED ONION
    DASH OF PEPPER
    1 1/3 C. MINUTE RICE
    1 1/2 C. COOKED PEAS
    1 (6 OZ.) CAN TUNA FISH, DRAINED AND FLAKED
    1/2 C. GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    PAPRIKA

    Recipe

    IN SAUCEPAN COMBINE SOUP, WATER, SALT, ONION, AND PEPPER. BRING TO BOIL, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. POUR 1/2 INTO GREASED 1/2-QUART CASSEROLE. MAKE 3 LAYERS USING RICE, PEAS AND TUNA FISH. ADD REST OF SOUP. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND PAPRIKA. COVER AND BAKE AT 375, 15-20 MINUTES. CUT THROUGH MIXTURE AFTER BAKING 10 MINUTES. SERVES 4.
