    List of Ingredients




    3 cans black beans - drained but not rinsed
    1 can red beans - drained but not rinsed
    2 cans diced tomatoes - drained
    1 large onion - finely choppped
    Fresh cilantro - finely chopped
    1 jar Salsa - pick your own heat and brand, I use Pace salsa - mild
    2 spoons diced garlic - from a jar or fresh, chopped fine
    1 lime, squeezed - or a dash of bottled lime juice
    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mix beans, tomatoes, salsa, onion, cilantro, lime juice, spices.

    Add a few shakes of one or more: cajun blend, Mrs. Dash, Spike It, red hot, tabasco, etc. to taste

    Make the night before to let flavors blend together.

    Optional: You can also add chopped up fresh avocado just before serving.
