    SPINACH APPETIZER

    List of Ingredients

    1 PKG. (10 OZ.) FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
    1/2 LB. MONTEREY JACK OR MUNSTER CHEESE, CUT IN 1/2 INCH CUBES
    2 EGGS, BEATEN
    1 STICK MARGARINE, MELTED
    1 C. MILK
    1 C. FLOUR
    1 TSP. SALT
    1 TSP. BAKING POWDER

    Recipe

    DEFROST AND DRAIN SPINACH WELL. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. POUR INTO GREASED 8X8 INCH PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES. (I USUALLY DOUBLE THIS AND IT MAKES A 9 X 13 INCH PAN.)
