    Spaghetti with Broccoli & Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients




    1 1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli & cauliflower mixture
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tbsp. garlic, minced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    Water to cover
    Salt & pepper
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 lb. thin spaghetti

    Recipe



    Put 2 tbsp. olive oil in frying pan and saute onion, garlic & broccoli/cauliflower mixture for about 2 minutes. Add water to cover vegetables in fry pab. Add bouillon cubes, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. While vegetables are cooking boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain spaghetti and add vegetable mixture with all the liquid into the spaghetti and add extra virgin olive oil. Serve while hot. Enjoy!!!
