    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 tbsp. light brown sugar
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    3/4 tsp. dried sage
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    Course salt & pepper
    3 lb. boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat

    Recipe



    In 5-6 qt. slow cooker, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, sage, oregano, salt & 1/2 tsp. pepper. Cut pork lengthwise, add to slow cooker, turning to coat. Cover & cook on low until meat is very tender & falling apart, about 8-10 hours (or on high for 6 hours). With two forks pull pork apart and mix in sauce. You can add more of your favorite barbecue sauce if you like. Put on hamburger buns or your favorite rolls. Enjoy!
