    1 SERVING = 6 POINTS I USUALLY HAVE THIS FOR BREAKFAST WITH FRUIT. ADD POINTS FOR THE FRUIT.

    List of Ingredients

    8 OZ. 1 % MILK
    1 SLICE BREAD, TOASTED AND CUT UP
    1 EGG
    1 CAPFUL VANILLA
    SUGAR SUBSTITUTE TO EQUAL 2 TSP. SUGAR
    CINNAMON

    Recipe

    BLEND EGG, SUGAR AND VANILLA JUST LONG ENOUGH TO MIX (MAY BE MIXED BY HAND). ARRANGE BREAD IN LARGE CUSTARD CUP OR BAKING DISH. POUR LIQUID OVER BREAD, MAKE SURE BREAD IS COVERED WITH LIQUID. SPRINKLE TOP WITH CINNAMON. BAKE IN PAN OF HOT WATER AT 350 FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES. TEST. SERVES ONE.
