    2 1/4 C. CHICKEN BROTH
    1 C. COOKED CAULIFLOWER
    2 TBSP. DIET MARGARINE
    2 TBSP. FLOUR
    DASH OF SALT, PEPPER AND NUTMEG
    1 C. EVAPORATED SKIM MILK

    Recipe

    REMOVE STEMS FROM BROCCOLI. USE STEMS IN SOUP. SAUTE SCALLIONS IN MARGARINE, ADD FLOUR, STIR, ADD BROTH, SEASONINGS. BRING TO BOIL AND ADD VEGETABLES. TURN DOWN HEAT AND ADD MILK. SPRINKLE IN FLOWERETTES. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
