    List of Ingredients




    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 medium onion -- chopped
    1 tablespoons capers
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary -- crushed
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 cups canned diced tomatoes -- undrained
    1/4 cup water
    2 medium-sized red-skin potatoes, cut in 8ths

    Place chicken in 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker. Top with onion and capers. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, rosemary and garlic powder. Pour tomatoes over chicken. Cut potatoes in 8ths and put around chicken, sprinkle potatoes with salt & pepper. Cover; cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours (or put in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours) or until chicken is fork-tender, its juices run clear, onion is tender and potatoes are done.

    Serving Ideas: This chicken is delicious served over pasta instead of putting in potatoes.
