    1 TSP. TOMATO JUICE
    1 C. SHREDDED ESCAROLE
    SALT TO TASTE

    Recipe

    BRING STOCK TO FULL BOIL. ADD TOMATO JUICE AND SHREDDED ESCAROLE. COOK GENTLY ABOUT 10 MINUTES. SERVE AT ONCE. THIS IS AN UNLIMITED QUICK SOUP THAT CAN BE USED AT ANY DESIRED TIME.
