    MAKES 2 SERVINGS. 5 POINTS EACH.

    List of Ingredients

    2 TBSP. POPPY SEEDS
    2/3 C. NON-FAT DRY MILK
    5 TSP. WATER
    ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER TO EQUAL 3 TBSP. SUGAR
    2 EGGS, SEPARATED
    2 TSP. ALMOND EXTRACT
    1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA
    2 SLICES WHITE BREAD (MADE INTO CRUMBS)
    1/4 TSP. CREAM OF TARTAR

    Recipe

    COMBINE POPPY SEEDS, WATER, EGG YOLKS AND EXTRACT INA BOWL AND SET ASIDE. IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE CRUMBS, DRY MILK POWDER, ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER, AND SODA. ADD TO POPPY SEED MIXTURE. BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF AND ADD CREAM OF TARTAR. FOLD EGG WHITES INTO POPPY SEED MIXTURE. POUR INTO A NON-STICK 7X3X2" LOAF PAN AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES. DIVIDE EVENLY. MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
