    Points: 6 (per 1 cup serving)

    List of Ingredients




    3 1/2 c. chicken broth (99% fat free)
    2 (15 oz.) can white beans (with liquid)
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
    6 minced garlic cloves or 1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
    1 medium chopped onion or 1 tbsp. onion flakes
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (Jalapenos or crushed red pepper), to taste

    Boil chicken in water until no longer pink. Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. If this is not spicy enough for you, add more crushed red pepper to desired taste.
