    If you love vermont or N.Y. style cheesecake, this is the recipe for you

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz cream cheese
    10 oz cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 tsp grand marnier liquer
    1 pint sour cream
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    2 tbsp melted butter

    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1 tbsp margarine or butter at room temp
    1/4 cup sugar

    mix all in food processor til well blended, smash down into sprinform pan, pour cheescake mixture on top of graham cracker crumbs, bake as follows..



    mix the first 9 ingredients together in a food processor til well blended and smooth, then add the sour cream, melted butter and powdered sugar to the processor with the already mixed ingredients, pour into a springform pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour, then turn oven down to 275 and bake an additional 45 minutes, take out of oven and let cool for about 15 minutes, then put in refrigerator to chill for about 2 hours, cut and serve
