    this is a very rich and chocolatey recipe

    List of Ingredients




    2 boxes betty crockers brownie mix
    1 cup nestle chocolate chips
    1/2 pkg chocolate pudding mix
    1 pkg nestle butterscotch morsels
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup butter
    1 pkg nestle white chocolate chips
    2 cups shredded coconut
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp rum/ or rum flavoring
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup water

    step 1.

    grease a 13x9 inch baking dish or pan, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs all along bottom , making sure to cover entire surface.


    step2.

    melt white chocolate chips on low heat, add butter, til all melted, let it blend in with chips, add rum, add confectioners sugar, add coconut and milk, cook on low heat or warm occasionally stirring

    step 3.

    melt butterscotch morsels in saucepan, add the 1/4 cup water or more if needed, continuosly stirring til it makes a thick sauce, then turn down to warm occasionally stirring.

    step 4.

    mix brownie mix as directed, but add the pudding into the mix while mixing, when done mixing, pour half the brownie mix into the pan atop the graham cracker crumbs. bake on 375 for about 10 mins or til brownie mix starts to harden when poked with a toothpick, remove from oven let cool about 20 mins. when cooled pour melted butterscotch over brownie in pan. let cool another 20 mins or til hardened, once hardened pour coconut mixture over the butterscotch mixture, spread like a frosting over entire surface, pour the rest of the brownie mixture over the coconut mixture, bake at 375 for about 40 mins or til toothpick comes out clean......let cool, then serve.......this is very rich and very yummy


    takes about 1 hour and 30 mins, but well worth it.....
