lemon coconut cookies

these are light and lemony, go great with tea
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup crisco butter flavored shortening/or regular
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 cup of lemon flavored jelloRecipe
in food processor mix half the flour,the egg,sugar, milk, baking powder
vanilla, lemon jello, and shredded coconut, mix on low for about 20 seconds, add the rest of the flour, mix for about 30 seconds or until it starts to form a ball of dough, put in cookie press using whatever shape you like, I like to use cake decorating tips for a lighter crispier cookie, bake at 375 for about 5 to 10 minutes
