    this cake is very light and delicious

    List of Ingredients





    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup quick cooking oats
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup water
    2 eggs
    1 small can mandarin oranges, juice and all

    Recipe



    heat oven to 350, grease and flour pan, put all ingredients in food processor, pulse for about 2 -3 mins or until oranges are all mashed, pour into pan sprinkle topping over cake, bake about 35 - 40 mins or until wooden pick comes out clean.

    Topping

    mix 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 3 tbsp firm butter blend together til crumbly.
