    ive never tried these, but she says they are great

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup shortening
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp pure vanilla
    1 cup crushed potato chips
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    cream together sugar, shortening and eggs, stir in flour baking soda and vanilla, mix well add chips and nuts, make sure its well blended, drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

    makes about 9 doz cookies
