    Lemon Cream Cheese Squares

    List of Ingredients




    2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
    2 largecresent rolls
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1Tbsp juice squeezed from real lemon or 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Recipe



    Pat out 1 can cresent rolls into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Combine Cream cheese,lemon juice,sugar and egg yolk. Spread over cresent rolls. Pat out the second can of cresent rolls and lay on top of cream cheese mixture.
    Follow the directions on the cresent rolls for baking.
    Let Cool then cut into small squares.
