    Italian Cucumber Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 T. sour cream
    1/2 of a .7oz pkg. of italian style salad dressing mix
    1 1lb. loaf of cocktail bread
    1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

    Recipe



    In a med. bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix.
    Arrange bread on a platter.
    Place cream cheese mixture in a pastry bag and squeeze a 1 inch dollop onto each bread slice. Top each bread slice with a cucumber slice.
