Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

List of Ingredients

Cake:
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. applesauce
1 C. water
2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
optional chocolate chips or shaved chocolate

Icing:
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. butter
1/3 C. milk
1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla


Recipe

Cake:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased jelly roll pan(10x15 inch); bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. Cool; frost with icing. Sprinkle top with chocolate.

Icing:
Place first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; blend in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
