    Soda Cracker Candy

    List of Ingredients




    35-40 soda crackers
    1 C margarine
    1 C packed brown sugar
    1-1 1/2 C chocolate chips
    1=1 1/2 C chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil and coat generously with a nonstick cooking spray. Plave crackers in rows on foil. In a sauce pan melt butter; add br.sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread until completely covered. Bake at 350* for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and turn off. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Return to oven until chips are melted. Remove from oven and use greased spatula to press nuts into chocolate. Cut while candy is still warm. Remove from foil when completely cooled.
