    List of Ingredients




    1/3 C. onion, chopped
    1 carrot, diced and cooked
    10 oz. frozen peas
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 med-lg potato, cooked and diced
    1/3 C. margarine
    1/3 C. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    2/3 C. milk
    1 3/4 C. chicken broth
    1 box of refrigerated pie crust(2 crusts)

    Place 1 pie crust in a 9 inch square or round pan, letting it hang over the edge.
    Heat margarine over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Pour into pie crust. Place remaining crust on top and roll edges together. Cut slits in top. Bake 425* for 45-60 minutes. Serves 4-6.
