Easy Enchilada Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
2-3 t. minced garlic
1/4 C. minced onion
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
2 dozen small flour tortillas
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, combine enchilada sauce, soup and milk. Heat over low and mix well. Keep warm.
In a skillet, crumble meat and cook with onion and garlic until cooked through.
Warm tortillas slightly in microwave. Take one tortilla and dip into sauce mixture. Place on the bottom of pan. Continue with 5 more.
Sprinkle 1/4 of the meat mixture on top of tortillas and then 1/4 of the cheese. Continue layers 3 more times. Pour any remaining sauce over top. Bake 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sserve with sour cream, salsa, onions and tomatoes.
