2 C. macaroni(8oz.)
2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
2 1/2 C. milk
salt & pepper to taste
12 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheeseRecipe
Cook macaroni according to package. Drain and put in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Melt margarine in a med. saucepan on medium heat, add flour stir until smooth. Add milk, salt and pepper whisking constantly until thickened. Once milk mixture is thickened remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over macaroni. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
