    Sausage Pesto Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    2 C. uncooked rainbow rotini (6 ounces)
    1 lb. italian sausage links, cut into 6 pieces
    1/4 C. water
    1/4 C. parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Pesto Sauce


    Recipe



    Cook and drain pasta according to package; set aside.
    Spray 3 qt. saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook sausage in pan until done, stirring occasionally, drain. Stir in pesto sauce, water and pasta into sausage. Cook until everything is heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
