    Pesto Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2 C. fresh basil, loosely packed
    2 med garlic gloves or 1/2 T. already chopped garlic
    3 T. chopped walnuts
    1/2 C. olive oil
    1/2 C. parmesan cheese
    2T. butter

    Recipe



    Combine basil, garlic and walnuts in a food processor or blender. When evenly blended, with motor still running, add olive oil in slow steady stream. Turn motor off. Scrape bowl to blend. Add cheese and butter. Process briefly to combine. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 8 ounces.
