    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. oleo
    • 1 c. chopped celery
    • 1 c. chopped onion
    • 1 c. chopped carrots
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 1 can chicken broth
    • 1 c. milk
    • 1 pkg. stove top stuffing
    • 2 c. cubed chicken
    • 1 c. shredded cheddar


    Instructions


    1. In lg. 3 qt. pan in oleo cook celery, onion and carrots until tender. Add flour, cook 1 min. more stirring constantly. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook until mix boils and thickens. Add stuffing with chicken toss to coat. Spoon into 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 35 mins. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 mins. more.
