    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 c. bisquick
    • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix all. Coat 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lb chix, 1 lb fish or 1 1/4 lb - 1 1/2 lb pork chops.
    2. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 1 tbsp. oleo in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add meat. Bake chicken 50 min. turning after 35 min. Bake fish 25 - 30 min. or bake pork chops 50 min. turn after 25 min.
    3. For herb coating: To above add 1 tbsp. fresh basil, parsley and rosemary leaves.
    4. For Italian Coating: Add to bisquick mix above 1 tbsp. italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.
