List of Ingredients



• 1 tbsp. oil
  
• 1 beef chuck roast
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
  
• 6 onions sliced
  
• 3/4 c. beer
  
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  
• 3 tsp. dijon mustard
  
• 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  






Instructions



1. Heat oil in lg. skillet over med. high heat. Add roast. Cook 10 min.
   
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place onions in slow cooker. Place beef on onions. In small bowl combine rest of things. Pour over beef and onions. Cover and cook over low heat 8 - 10 hours.
