    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. chicken cooked and cut up
    • 1 can green chiles
    • 1 c. enchilada sauce
    • 1/2 c. bisquick
    • 1/2 c. cornmeal
    • 1/2 c. milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 can mexicorn
    • 1 c. mexican cheese blend


    Instructions


    1. Place sheet of foil on lower oven rack to catch drips. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 10 inch skillet mix chicken, chiles and enchilada sauce. Cook 3=4 min. Pour into 9 inch pie plate. In bowl stir bisquick, cornmeal, milk and egg. Stir in corn. Spoon over chicken mix. Bake 22-27 mins. Top with cheese. Let stand 5 mins.
