    Impossibly Easy Taco Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 env. taco seasoning
    • 1 can chopped green chiles
    • 1 c. milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 c. bisquick
    • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar
    • salsa


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a nine inch pie plate. Cook beef and onion in pan. Stir in seasoning mix. Spoon into pie plate. Top with chiles. Stir milk, eggs, bisquick in bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8-10 mins. Cool 5 mins.
