    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 3/4 c. water
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
    • 1 can tomato sauce
    • 1 pkg. shell macaroni
    • 1 can chopped green chiles
    • 2 c. shredded cheddar divided


    Instructions


    1. In skillet brown beef and onion. Drain
    2. Add water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 min.
    3. Stir in macaroni, chiles and 1 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 min.
