• 1 lb ground beef
  
• 1 green pepper chopped
  
• 1 onion chopped
  
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  
• 1/2 c. water
  
• 4 c. cubed southern style hash browns
  
• 1 pkg. corn
  
• 1/2 lb velveeta
  






Instructions



1. Brown meat with onion and pepper. Return to pan. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir in corn and potatoes. Cover. Reduce heat to med. Cook 5 - 7 min. Stir occasionally. Stir in velveeta. Cook until melted.
