    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 zucchini sliced
    • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1 pkg mostaccioli
    • 1 1/2 c. mozzarella
    • 1 c. ricotta
    • 1/4 c. parmesan
    • italian seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Cook beef and garlic. Add chopped zucchini and cook until tender. Stir in sauce (may need more). Stir beef mix, pasta, 1/2 c. mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan in 3 qt. dish. Bake at 400 degrees 20 mins.
