Pizza in a Sandwich

List of Ingredients
- 3 french bread rolls
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz pizza sauce
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut rolls in half lengthwise and hollow out insides to within 1/2 inch of edges. Set aside In skillet brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in pizza sauce and spices. Cook until heated. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese into bottom of each roll. Spoon meat mix over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and replace top. Wrap in foil. Bake 20 min.
