    List of Ingredients


    • 10 potatoes peeled and cubed
    • 1 can cream soup
    • 1 1/4 c. milk
    • 1 env. ranch dressing
    • 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar divided
    • 6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled


    Instructions


    1. Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook 10 min. Drain. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. In bowl mix soup, milk and ranch with 1 c. cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Top with bacon and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 25-30 min.
