    Cheesy Chile Stuffed Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 chicken breasts
    • 4 oz jack cheese cut in strips
    • 1 can green chiles divided
    • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
    • 1/3 c. butter melted
    • 1 bottle taco sauce warmed
    • 1/4 c. gr. onions sliced


    Instructions


    1. Cut a pocket into each breast. Place 1 cheese strip with some chiles into each pocket. Close pockets with toothpicks. Mix crumbs and taco seasoning in bowl. Dip each breast in melted oleo and roll in crumbs. Place chicken in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Drizzle with rest of oleo. Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 35 min. Pour taco sauce over chicken. Top with green onions.
