    Garlic and Lemon Roast Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 env. savory herb with garlic soup mix
    • 2 tbsp. oil
    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 lb roasting chicken


    Instructions


    1. In lg. plastic bag combine onion and soup mix blended with oil and lemon juice. Add chicken. Close bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate. Turn occassionally 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken and marinade in 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange chicken breast side up. Bake uncovered basting occasionally 1 hour and 20 mins.
