    List of Ingredients


    • 5 chicken breasts
    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 1/4 c. white wine
    • 1 pint sour cream
    • 1 tbsp. flour
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1/2 tsp. cumin
    • 1 can whole jalapenos
    • 1 package shredded jack cheese
    • 1 onion sliced in rounds


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Brown chix in oil in skillet. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Coombine wine, sour cream, flour, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, cumin and peppers in blender. Blend until smooth to make sauce. Pour sauce over chix. Sprinkle with chees and top with onion rings. Cover and bake 1 hour.
