    For you Lance (my son). He made a face one night when he asked what I was making for dinner and I told him Chicken Ranch Pitas. Boy after he tasted them he could not have enough. He gobbled them down and frequently requested them before he moved out. Enjoy Lance.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz chicken breast
    • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
    • 4 pita breads
    • 4 onion slices diced
    • 1/2 c. red pepper diced
    • 2 tbsp. mayo
    • 1/3 c. sour cream
    • 3 tbsp. milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chicken with 2 tsp. ranch salad dressing mix. Heat oil in pan. Cook chix until browned.
    2. Cover continue to cook 5 - 7 min. more. Uncover. Cool a bit.
    3. Wrap pitas in foil. Bake 4 - 5 min. Combine red pepper and onion. In separate bowl combine sour cream and mayo, and remaining ranch salad dressing mix. Stir in milk with the mayo mix. Toss with onions and red peppers if desired. If you like assemble separately as follows put sauce in pitas. Add sour cream mix, onions, peppers and chix.
