    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. mayo
    • 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
    • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
    • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    • 6 hard boiled eggs
    • 3 oz. cream cheese softened
    • 2 tsp. fresh dill


    Instructions


    1. In blender mix 1st five things until smooth. Add egg quarters one at a time blending well after each addition.


    2. Add cream cheese, salt, pepper. Process until creamy.
    3. Serve on bread for sandwiches
